To request a student withdrawal from a class or program, the following withdrawal form must be completed and submitted online:



Note: For all recurring charges, all requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the next billing cycle to allow time to process withdrawal. This time may increase if any school equipment, books or overdue fees are outstanding. Any prior or recurring charges billed within this time frame are non-refundable. The parent is responsible for all billed charges to date. Additionally, any terms or policies listed in the school or program handbook/agreement may still apply.
